Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 pounds sweet potatoes (about 5 medium), peeled and cut into 1-inch chunks
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Cooking spray
  • Brown sugar and chopped pecans (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven. Cook sweet potatoes until tender.
  2. Mash potatoes with honey, egg, and cinnamon.
  3. Transfer to a greased baking dish. Top with pecans and brown sugar.
